The ones you'll probably use in-game.
/trabajos/jobclaim Each job pays based on the action you perform, and every payout already includes the server-wide +50%. Income also rises with your level in that job, and you're enrolled in all 12 at once with no penalty whatsoever. These are the highest payouts for each one:

| Minero | Breaking ores and stone | Ancient debris $30 · Diamond $15.75 · Iron $12 |

Each job goes up to level 200. You earn job experience by performing its actions, and the experience needed to level up grows with each level — but it's been cut in half, so you now level up quite a bit faster.
The higher your level, the more you earn per action: pay increases +2% per level, so at level 200 you earn almost ×5 what you did starting out (and that's before the server-wide +50% every payout carries).
| Level | Pay multiplier | Total accumulated XP |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | ×1.00 (base) | 0 |
| 10 | ×1.18 | 1,020 |
| 50 | ×1.98 | 93,100 |
| 100 | ×2.98 | 706,200 |
| 150 | ×3.98 | 2,339,300 |
| 200 | ×4.98 | 5,492,400 |
Every level you reach unlocks a one-time money reward you claim with /jobclaim (or from the job's progression menu in /trabajos). Rewards are independent: you can claim the level 50 one without having claimed level 10's.
These are the Minero (miner) milestones as a reference; every job follows the same curve:
| Level | Reward |
|---|---|
| 2 | $30 |
| 5 | $150 |
| 10 | $480 |
| 20 | $1,550 |
| 30 | $3,150 |
| 50 | $7,500 |
| 75 | $15,000 |
| 100 | $24,400 |
| 150 | $48,800 |
| 193 | $75,000 (max) |
You're enrolled in all 12 jobs from your very first login and you earn the full rate in all of them at once: there's no penalty for holding several active, and no level resets. Each action pays you in the matching job without taking anything away from the others, so you never have to pick or quit jobs to earn more.
There's a global limit of $50,000 per hour in job earnings, across all jobs combined. Once you hit the cap you stop earning from jobs until the counter resets (every hour). Points have their own limit of 1,500/hour.
When you hit the cap, keep farming to sell at the shop: those sales don't count toward the limit.
- Leñador: earns a bit less per log than the other jobs, because the upgraded axe fells the whole tree in one hit (you get paid for every log that drops).
- Agricultor: only pays for manually harvesting mature crops; automatic piston or observer farms don't pay.
- Minero: blocks you place yourself don't pay if you break them within 15 minutes, and stone or obsidian generators don't pay either.
- Constructor: only processed blocks pay (bricks, quartz, glass, prismarine…), not raw stone or wood.
- Alquimista: potions must be brewed by hand at the stand; hopper-filling doesn't pay.
- Explorador: only the first player (or first few) to enter a chunk gets paid; already-visited chunks pay less and less.
